Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actress and singer. She won the most accolades for her performance in the roles of Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard, respectively in Nashville (2012). The actress also had the role of the title character in the movie Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley raised her in Lake Mary Florida. Her older sister is Ally. Aubrey was a performer in the Orlando Repertory Theatre in her youth for about 10 years. Her graduation ceremony from Lake Mary Preparatory School was the class's valedictory speech in 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. However, they agreed to her admission twice in order for her to play the part as the character of Nashville. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). She was in television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009), and The Good Mother. She was a major player in the Nashville series, where she was Layla Grant. Peeples opened up about bipolar during an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the top actors aged under twenty years old in September 2014.
