Amanda Jeannette Detmer is an American actress from America. She played Miss Minneapolis in the comedic film Drop Dead Gorgeous in 1999. A few years later she was offered a role as a support for Final Destination. In the beginning of 2000, Detmer had starring roles in comedy films, including Boys and Girls (2000), Saving Silverman (2001), The Majestic (2001) and Kiss the Bride (2002). She was a lead character on the short-lived TV series A.U.S.A. (2003) and What about Brian (2006-07). Amanda Holden was best known for her role as a Britain's Got Talent judge, which she's held since 2007. She was Sarah Trevanion on Wild at Heart and also the lead role in Thoroughly Modern Millie in which she was nominated a Laurence Olivier Award.
